By accessing or using Finance Proficiency Hub services, you enter into a legally binding agreement to these Terms. Expand each section below to read the full clauses.
To establish an account or utilize any Finance Proficiency Hub product, you must be at least 18 years of age, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and be a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction. You must successfully pass our rigorous identity verification processes (including CIP procedures) and must not be present on any local or international restricted entity lists.
All loan applications are subject to comprehensive underwriting, including creditworthiness assessments, income verification, employment history checks, and debt-to-income ratio analysis. Personal, home, mortgage, education, business, and auto loans each feature distinct rate cards, origination fees, and repayment schedules. We reserve the unequivocal right to decline any application based on our proprietary risk-assessment parameters.
Capital markets carry intrinsic risks. All investment products—including mutual funds, precious metals, equities, and fixed-income securities—involve the potential loss of your entire principal. Past market performance is never indicative of future returns. Portfolios are not FDIC insured. Unless explicitly engaging our licensed fiduciary advisory tier, all self-directed trades are executed at your sole discretion and risk.
Finance Proficiency Hub operates strictly as a licensed insurance broker and is not the ultimate underwriter of any policy. All coverage is subject to the specific terms, exclusions, waiting periods, and deductibles outlined in the carrier's policy documents. Any misrepresentation of facts during the application process constitutes insurance fraud and may result in immediate policy cancellation and denial of claims.
Home and auto warranty programs are defined as localized service contracts, not comprehensive insurance policies. Coverage is strictly limited to the mechanical systems, components, and appliances explicitly enumerated in your customized plan document. Pre-existing conditions, lack of documented routine maintenance, and cosmetic damages are universally excluded. Standard dispatch fees apply per service call.
Transparency is foundational to our operations. All associated costs—including wealth management Assets Under Management (AUM) fees, loan origination charges, broker commissions, late payment penalties, wire transfer fees, and warranty premiums—are explicitly documented in your closing disclosures. We reserve the right to amend fee schedules, providing a mandatory 30-day written notice prior to execution.
Participation in global financial ecosystems subjects you to various risk factors, including systemic market crashes, liquidity constraints, geopolitical volatility, and currency fluctuations. The use of leverage, margin accounts, or complex derivatives can exponentially magnify potential losses, potentially resulting in a deficit exceeding your initial deposit. You acknowledge sole responsibility for understanding these mechanics.
Finance Proficiency Hub and its representatives do not provide formal legal or tax advice. While our wealth management tools incorporate tax optimization and harvesting strategies, your ultimate tax liability, capital gains reporting, and deduction eligibility are determined solely by relevant tax authorities (e.g., the IRS). You are strongly advised to consult with an independent Certified Public Accountant (CPA) regarding your specific obligations.
Failure to meet contractual repayment schedules constitutes a default. Remedies may include, but are not limited to, the immediate assessment of late fees, negative reporting to credit bureaus, acceleration of the entire outstanding debt balance, assignment to third-party collection agencies, and the instigation of legal proceedings to liquidate secured collateral or garnish wages, subject to a standard 15-day grace period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finance Proficiency Hub, its affiliates, and its partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform outages, cyber-attacks, third-party API failures, or force majeure events. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall be strictly capped at the total fees paid by you to Finance Proficiency Hub in the 12 months immediately preceding the event.
All digital content, proprietary trading algorithms, financial calculators, user interface designs, source code, logos, and trademarks housed on this platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Finance Proficiency Hub. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in screen scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized API exploitation, or commercial redistribution of our assets without express, notarized written consent.
We retain the unilateral right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions. Material changes will be communicated 14 days in advance. Should any specific clause be deemed legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect (severability). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of USA, and any unresolvable disputes are subject to mandatory, binding arbitration.
